Pilates with Baby courses
The perfect first class to regain your body after having had a baby
Pelvic Floor at the floor? Tummy need help to get back to shape? Wanting to start to regain that body but don’t know where to start? Feeling the need to stretch and relax?
Then this is the class for you !
Come along to this lovely indoor Pilates class where you will welcomed into a class with other new mums.
Baby comes too so no need to worry about finding childcare or need to be parted from your little one.
The class is relaxed so if you need to feed or change your baby at any time just go ahead.
The course focuses on posture, core strength and muscular imbalances. It’s ideal for strengthening the pelvic floor and improving flexibility. This class is the perfect “first steps” back into fitness after having had a baby.
The course is facilitated by Olivia Johnson, a personal trainer and founder of Fitwoman, who specializes in pre and post natal fitness and will guide you through pelvic floor exercises, safe and effective ways to strengthen the core, appropriate muscle toning and strengthening, and lovely stretches to help your flexibility and relieve those tight shoulders and back!
You will be given great tips to help to find time to include simple exercise into your everyday new life with baby too.
Suitable to attend from 6 weeks after birth, or 8 weeks if you had a Caesarean, so long as you have been signed off as fit to exercise by your GP.
Each class in Witney is 90 minutes long and finishes with a hot drink and chat which is a great opportunity to make friends with the other new mums.
The Wychwoods sessions are 50 minutes long, and don’t include refreshments at the end. Please bring a mat to the Wychwoods class.

Dates for Autumn/Winter 2019
PWB007, Wednesdays 6th November - 11th December, 10.00 - 11.30am - fully booked!
PWB005, Fridays 8th November - 13th December 9.30 - 10.30am
£66.00 for the Witney six week course, each session lasting 90 minutes: 1 hour of class time, followed by 30 mins to have a cuppa and a chat to the other mums.
£40 for the Wychwoods six week course, and £47 for the Wychwoods seven week course, each session lasting 50 minutes. At the end of the course you will have the option of continuing on a weekly Pay as you Go system at £7.00 per class, payable directly to Olivia.
Witney course held at The Yoga Room, Bridge Street Mill, Witney, OX28 1YH. Plenty of free parking around the venue, and you can bring buggies/car seats into the room to keep them safe and dry.
Wychwoods course held at the New Beaconsfield Hall, Station Road, Shipton-under-Wychwood, OX7 6BQ. There is lots of free parking at the hall.
