This class focuses on finding, and then activating, the oh-so-important pelvic floor muscles, incorporating a range of gentle stretches to help mum strengthen her core muscles. Combined with relaxation skills, this is a perfect stepping stone back into exercise.
Suitable from 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks post Caesarean) - the sooner you can come, the better.
