Baby comes too so no need to worry about finding childcare or need to be parted from your little one.
The class is relaxed so if you need to feed or change your baby at any time just go ahead.
This class is the perfect “first steps” back into fitness after having had a baby. Suitable to attend from 6 weeks after birth, or 8 weeks if you had a Caesarean.
