Please join me on one of my workshops. I am Camilla, a Nutritional Health and Wellness Advisor on a mission to help all Mamas feel their best at all times.
The workshops take place in my home and consist of a presentation with opportunities to ask questions and discuss the food, combined with samples of delicious/quick eats.
You will leave with some healthy tit bits to boost your energy and a few recipe ideas to get you started.
I will also send you home with a nutritious lunch to save you having to worry about it.

I found the workshop very helpful and I’m already making different choices in the shops. I made a spicy pumpkin soup for lunch and I’m trying out oats for breakfast. I usually go for cereal bars and sandwiches! I’m trying out baby led weaning so my son Oliver is mostly eating what we have. (Sarah)

Workshop Dates 2019
Tuesdays 29th January, 5th March and 16th April, all from 10.00 - 11.30.
The sessions are held in the comfort of Camilla’s home in Bampton. Full address and payment details will be confirmed upon booking.
Spaces are limited (6), therefore booking is essential.
